GrowNow Live allows authors to upload and share educational content (videos, audio, PDFs) via a web panel. Users access this content through a registered account on our mobile app.

2. Account Requirements

• •Minors under 18 may use the app under supervision.
• •Account sharing or resale is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments & Content Access

Users can purchase access to specific courses. Some courses are available for lifetime, while others may expire after a fixed duration. After expiration, repurchase is required.

All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay. No offline or third-party payments are accepted.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Please review our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy for full details. Refunds are only offered in case of unresolved technical issues that prevent content access.

5. Content and Ownership

• •Authors retain full rights to their uploaded content and may delete it at any time.
• •All platform design, code, and branding belong to Affluentix Technologies.

6. Platform Use Restrictions

• •Users must not pirate or share content outside the platform.
• •Authors may not upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

7. Disclaimers

• •We do not guarantee any specific results from using GrowNow Live.
• •No professional advice (medical, legal, financial) is provided.

8. Third-party Services

GrowNow Live integrates services like Jitsi for live meetings and Razorpay for payments. Use of these features is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Privacy & Data

• •We collect your name, email, and payment details for account and transaction purposes.
• •We do not use cookies or tracking tools.
• •We do not share your data with third parties.

10. Liability & Jurisdiction

• •We are not responsible for damages caused by inability to access or use the platform.
• •All disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the laws of Maharashtra, India.
